With initiatives like our grain and cheese programme, we’re passionate about staff development and career satisfaction.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Prioritise and enhance guest experience by focusing on excellent hospitality, guiding team members during service, and managing feedback.</li><li>Promote a positive work environment through professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethics aligned with Super 8 culture.</li><li>Host team meetings and team appraisals, encouraging growth and participation in training opportunities.</li><li>Be visible on the floor and in services, ensuring all guests are well looked after and noting any comments through the correct communication channels</li><li>Ordering and purchasing products and stock</li><li>Ensure employee compliance with internal and external policies and regulations</li><li>Leading services and delivering daily team briefings</li><li>Manage and operate POS systems</li><li>Prepare and monitor rotas, working flexibly around demands of the team and business</li><li>Maintain knowledge of our dishes and suppliers and train our junior team to ensure team members can confidently share our brand story with guests.</li><li>Collaborate with chefs to maintain consistency in dishes.</li><li>Understand food safety standards to uphold a 5-star EHO rating and support team development.</li><li>Promptly report and address site maintenance concerns, ensuring communication of actions taken.</li><li>Ensure that employees are trained on company values, job roles and responsibilities.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>What you’ll bring:</strong></p><ul><li>Passion and knowledge of restaurants, good cooking, good sourcing of food and drink are a great headstart.
