We’re seeking a OVERNIGHT Kitchen Porter to join our Kitchen Team! rough times will be 10pm - 6pm - 11pm - 7am What you’ll be doing as Overnight Kitchen Porter:<ul><li>Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas</li><li>Washing dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently and safely</li><li>Supporting the kitchen team with basic food preparation when required</li><li>Ensuring all kitchen areas, floors, storage spaces, and equipment meet hygiene standards</li><li>Assisting with deliveries, stock rotation, and the correct storage of ingredients</li><li>Following all food safety, hygiene, and health &amp; safety procedures at all times</li><li>Working closely with chefs and supervisors to support smooth and efficient service</li><li>Assisting with kitchen setup before service and breakdown at the end of shift</li></ul> What you’ll bring as Overnight Kitchen Porter :<ul><li>Passion and knowledge of restaurants, good cooking, good sourcing of food and drink are a great headstart.
