We’re looking for an enthusiastic Supervisor to join our team. What you’ll be doing:<ul><li>Managing a section in a fast-paced environment while ensuring timely service.</li><li>Providing exceptional hospitality and customer care.</li><li>Sharing your in-depth knowledge of our products and suppliers with guests.</li><li>Aligning your work with our company values and brand ethos.</li><li>Being efficient in all aspects of service and adept at multitasking.</li><li>Collaborating effectively as part of a team.</li><li>Participating in and contributing to daily briefings and in-house training sessions.</li><li>Overseeing the front-of-house team to ensure seamless operations across all sections.</li><li>Inspiring, motivating, and training the waiting team to deliver outstanding service.</li><li>Leading and executing all opening, handover, and closing duties to prepare the restaurant and FOH team for timely briefings.</li></ul> What you’ll bring:<ul><li>Passion and knowledge of restaurants, good cooking, good sourcing of food and drink are a great headstart.
