<p><strong>About Us:</strong></p><p><em>Smoking Goat</em> is an open-fire Thai barbecue restaurant and bar, serving food inspired by the street food of Bangkok and the laab stalls of northern Thailand. We're a busy restaurant that works closely with exceptional farmers and offers a daily-changing menu. Our drinks programme includes unique beers, natural wines, and a growing vinyl record collection. We welcome applicants looking to grow and be inspired. Thai cooking experience is not required—just a passion for learning and being part of a strong, team-focused restaurant.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Executing fast-paced, consistent, high quality drinks service</li><li>Balancing the needs of guests dining at the bar with those of a high-pressure dispense</li><li>Consistently delivering a high standard of hospitality.</li><li>Communicating comprehensive knowledge of our produce and suppliers to our guests.</li><li>Operating in alignment with our company values and brand ethos.</li><li>Demonstrating efficiency in all aspects of service and the ability to multitask.</li><li>Collaborating effectively as part of a team.</li><li>Actively participating in and contributing to daily briefings and in-house training sessions.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll bring:</strong></p><ul><li>Passion and knowledge of restaurants, good cooking, good sourcing of food and drink are a great headstart. Salary will include circa £19000 of TRONC annually, so Salary is approx £50000 inclusive of TRONC
