We’re seeking a OVERNIGHT Kitchen Porter to join our Kitchen Team! rough times will be 10pm - 6pm - 11pm - 7am

What you’ll be doing as Overnight Kitchen Porter:

Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas
Washing dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
Supporting the kitchen team with basic food preparation when required
Ensuring all kitchen areas, floors, storage spaces, and equipment meet hygiene standards
Assisting with deliveries, stock rotation, and the correct storage of ingredients
Following all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times
Working closely with chefs and supervisors to support smooth and efficient service
Assisting with kitchen setup before service and breakdown at the end of shift

What you’ll bring as Overnight Kitchen Porter :

Passion and knowledge of restaurants, good cooking, good sourcing of food and drink are a great headstart. But most important is the appetite to learn, grow and be a part of building the most exciting restaurant group in London.
2 years of experience in a fast paced kitchen, where excellence is consistent on every plate.
You’re confident in training and developing junior team members.
A love for cooking and creating unique dishes.
Flexibility to work varied shifts across 5 out of 7 days.
Full UK right to work documents.
