We’re looking for a Head Chef to join Brat at Climpson’s Arch (London Fields) - someone ready to lead with precision, creativity, and clarity. This role is at the heart of our kitchens, combining the daily craft of food with the discipline of systems, people leadership, and operational excellence.
Brat Climpson’s Arch is a dynamic and passionate neighbourhood restaurant serving seasonal wood-fired dishes in a unique courtyard space beneath the arches of London Fields. We place great importance on our relationships with suppliers and ensure staff are well informed about the produce we use. Located in the space where Chef Tomos Parry’s independent cooking style first took shape, the restaurant reflects that same energy. Our menu and wine list change daily. Brat x Climpson’s Arch is a friendly, enthusiastic restaurant that offers the chance to work with some of the best produce in the UK while building strong culinary knowledge and skill.
We are a restaurant that celebrates cooking over fire with a daily changing blackboard menu. It's a special opportunity to create daily menu's alongside hosting some unique events, where you will collaborate with a dynamic, forward thinking and exciting team to build some memorable occasions.
