Brat Wine Supervisor

About Brat

Brat is an open-fire kitchen where consciously sourced ingredients and cooking over flame and wood are at the heart of everything we do. Inspired by the coastal towns of the Basque Country and chef Tomos Parry’s Welsh heritage, our menu evolves constantly, as does our 250+ bottle wine list.

About the role

We’re looking for someone who loves restaurants as much as wine - curious, energetic and excited to learn, develop and share great bottles. WSET Level 2 is preferred but not essential. Full UK right-to-work documentation is required.

What’s in it for you?

  • Discover new wines, meet producers and deepen your passion for wine through regular tastings.
  • Explore beyond the restaurant with supplier visits, farm trips, wine harvests and travel.
  • Grow your career with genuine opportunities to learn, develop and progress across the group.
  • Learn from the best through engaging daily briefings led by industry experts, suppliers, chefs and producers.
  • Build your knowledge and expertise with access to courses, resources and training.
  • Enjoy a generous staff discount across all 6 Super 8 Restaurants.
  • Great benefits, including enhanced maternity leave, pension, subsidised mental health support, cycle-to-work scheme and a Refer a Friend bonus.
  • Enjoy a flexible rota with a mix of day and night shifts to suit your lifestyle.
  • Complimentary staff meals and paid breaks while you’re on shift.
