Super 8 is currently hiring passionate and curious wine enthusiasts! We are excited to be building our wine teams across our five restaurants: Brat, Mountain, Brat Climpson’s Arch, Kiln and Smoking Goat. As an independent, small restaurant group, the essence of our work is shaped by strong supplier relationships rooted in community, and a dedication to learning and developing our team, our wine programme is no different!
Built on a producer-grower-led ethos, we focus on sustaining meaningful relationships with winemakers, strengthened through visits and vineyard trips. This keeps our work closely connected to farming and the seasons. Our restaurants are guided by the belief that beautiful produce is best enjoyed in a fun, relaxed and joyful atmosphere, with what’s on the plate and in the glass always at the centre.
At Super 8, we are proud of our internal development and how much we dedicate to helping our people succeed.
