We’re seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our Kitchen Team! If you are CDP level, we're also open to talking - we're looking for great talent who want to explore their career opportunities with us.

What you’ll be doing:

Running your section - fully prepped, fully organised, nothing missing when the tickets roll in.
Making sure dishes leave the pass on time, on spec, and at the quality Super 8 is known for.
Supporting and mentoring CDPs showing them how it’s done in the heat of service and during prep.
Keeping a close eye on quality: taste, presentation, consistency, hygiene.
Working as part of the senior kitchen team to keep the whole operation tight and efficient.
Contributing ideas - from new dishes to better processes - and being part of menu development.
